    Ans: Yes. Registered participants will receive an official invitation letter on the conference letterhead after completing payment. This letter can be used for visa applications or institutional permissions.

  • Q4: How do I apply for a visa, and what are the fees?

    Ans: Visa requirements vary by country. Participants should contact the embassy or consulate of the host country in their region for details regarding the application process, documentation, timeline, and applicable fees.

  • Q5: Can I attend the conference with an accompanying person?

    Ans: Yes. Accompanying persons may attend the conference by paying the designated accompanying person fee. However, they are not permitted to present papers or participate in academic sessions.

    Ans: No. Certificates are provided only to registered participants who are authors or co-authors. Accompanying persons are not eligible unless they are formally registered as participants.
