Dr. Tan Fee Yean is an Associate Professor at the School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). She earned her PhD in Human Resource Management from the same university. Her postdoctoral fellowship was completed at the University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus. Additionally, she has served as a visiting lecturer at the Southampton Business School, University of Southampton, UK, for a three-month period. Dr. Tan Fee Yean’s primary teaching and research interests lie in organizational behavior and human resource management, with a particular focus on career planning and development, leadership, change management, employee engagement, and topics related to employees’ work attitudes and behaviors. She has received eight Best Paper Awards from international conferences and several Excellent in Reviewing Awards from renowned international journals, in recognition of her significant research contributions. Notably, she has been recognized by Emerald Publishing as an Outstanding Reviewer in the 2021 and 2022 Emerald Literati Awards. Besides that, she serves as a Section Editor for the International Journal of Management Studies (IJMS), a university-owned journal, and frequently contributes as an Article Editor for SAGE Open. Her research has been published in some high-impact, peer-reviewed journals indexed in the International Web of Science (WoS) and Scopus. Dr. Rohit Bansal is working as an Adjunct Faculty in Rockford College, Sydney, Australia. He obtained Ph.D. in Management from Maharshi Dayanand University, Rohtak. With a rich experience of 17 years, he has achieved growth through robust and proactive academic initiatives. Tesfaye Hailu Gk is an accomplished academic, researcher, and entrepreneur with over ten years of experience in education, leadership, and community service. He holds a BA in Management from Mekelle University, an MBA from Dilla University, and is currently pursuing a PhD in Management at Addis Ababa University. Tesfaye has shown exceptional academic performance with a cumulative GPA of 3.72 and 3.97. As an educator, Tesfaye has worked at Jimma University and Kotebe University of Education. He has mentored students, coordinated ICT and e-learning projects, and contributed to strategic planning. His skills include leadership, statistical analysis, and qualitative research. Dr. Karthikeyan Dinesh Kumar is currently a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, with over a decade of combined experience in academia and industry. His teaching portfolio spans Software Engineering and Artificial Intelligence, and he is supervising several Master’s and Ph.D. students in these areas. Dr. Dinesh is actively involved in a Business Finland–funded project, “6G Software for Extremely Distributed and Heterogeneous Massive Networks of Connected Devices,” focusing on developing energy-efficient EdgeAI frameworks for computation and communication across distributed edge environments. His research interests include Software Engineering for Edge Intelligence, Cyber-Physical Systems, and Sustainable EdgeAI, with a focus on low-power, green, and context-aware computing for next-generation intelligent systems.

Dr. Nandini Prasad K.S is a Professor, Dean of Foreign Affairs, and Head of the Department of Information Science and Engineering at Dayananda Sagar Academy of Technology and Management (DSATM), Bengaluru. With over 22 years of experience in academia, research, and industry, she holds a Post-Doctoral Fellowship from City University of London (2023), a Ph.D. in Electronics and Communication Engineering (2014), an M.Tech in Computer Science (2005), and a B.E. in Computer Science (2002). Dr. Balaji Prabhu B V is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, and a distinguished researcher in the domains of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Data Science, Cloud Computing, and IoT. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Visvesvaraya Technological University and completed his Postdoctoral Research at the prestigious Indian Institute of Science (IISc), Bengaluru, where he worked under the Computational Intelligence Lab in the Department of Aerospace Engineering with a focus on AI and Remote Sensing. Budi Nurani Ruchjana is a full professor in the Department of Mathematics at Universitas Padjadjaran, Indonesia. She received her B.Sc. in Mathematics from Universitas Padjadjaran in 1987, a Master’s degree in Applied Statistics from Institut Pertanian Bogor in 1992, and a Doctorate in Mathematics and Natural Sciences from Institut Teknologi Bandung in 2002. Her research focuses on spatiotemporal modelling, stochastic processes, time series analysis, spatial analysis, geostatistics, and ethnomathematics. She was a Dean of Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences Universitas Padjadjaran and a President of the Indonesian Mathematical Society (IndoMS) at 2012-2016. She was a member of the Commission of Developing Countries International Mathematical Union (CDC IMU) period 2015-2018. She was a coordinator from Universitas Padjadjaran in the International Consortium of Research Innovation and Staff Exchange Social media Analytics (RISE_SMA) year 2019-2024, on H2020 Schema funded by the European Union, with Coordinator Prof. Stefan Stieglitz from Potsdam University. Until now, she was a member of IAENG, European Women in Mathematics (EWM), Association Women in Mathematics (AWM), CWM IMU Ambassador for Indonesia, and EC member of Asian Oceanian Women in Mathematics (AOWM).

Abdul Halim Abdullah is an Associate Professor and the Deputy Dean (Research & Industrial Linkages) at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM), Malaysia. He is also a member of the Biomechanical and Clinical Engineering (BioMeC) Research Group. He obtained his Doctor of Engineering (Dr.Eng.) in Biomechanical Engineering from Kyushu University, Japan, a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) from Universiti Sains Malaysia. Prof. Dr. Murad Mohammed Al-Nashmi is a distinguished academic and researcher with a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Universiti Utara Malaysia (UUM). He currently serves as the Director of the Yemen Branch of the Arab Academy for Management, Financial, and Banking Sciences, where he is also a faculty member in the Department of Administrative Sciences. Dr. Al-Nashmi has played a key role in developing and evaluating academic programs in administrative sciences for several higher education institutions, including the Arab Academy, the Lebanese University, Al-Rasheed University, and the University of Science and Technology. Renowned for his significant contributions to scientific research, Dr. Al-Nashmi has earned numerous certifications and awards. Dr. Beaulah Soundarabai P is a Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Christ (Deemed to be) University, Bangalore. She holds an MCA, MPhil, and PhD, with academic and research expertise in Distributed Systems, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Data Analytics. Her teaching and research focus on applying advanced computing techniques to solve real-world problems, including IoT-based healthcare systems for the elderly, quantum-inspired optimization, and deep reinforcement learning for keyphrase generation.
